Established in 1937 by Mr. Milo Casaceli and incorporated in 1981 by Milo’s son, Frank, Casaceli Trucking Inc. has been an area leader in the fields of septic pumping, snow plowing and sanding, and in the past, rubbish removal and excavation. The Casaceli Trucking logo is a very familiar sight on roadways and residential/commercial construction sites in Central Massachusetts. Constant re-investment into the business by the family has ensured the latest techniques and equipment are used to provide customers with the best quality products and service.

Frank M. Casaceli was an integral part of Casaceli Trucking from 1944 at the age of 14, until his retirement in 1999. Frank’s many years of devotion, hard work and conscientious effort are the reasons Casaceli Trucking in Hudson has grown to what it is today. Frank was a “hands-on” type of person, possessing exceptional knowledge and leadership in all aspects of the company. In August of 1998 Casaceli Trucking sold the rubbish removal department and directed its resources to the expansion and specialization of site work, excavation, road building, septic system repair and septic system pumping.

Frank’s talents went far beyond the knowledge of Casaceli Trucking’s tasks. Frank was also one of the area’s finest musicians. The musician side of Frank spanned nearly his entire lifetime. Frank retired from the company in April of 1999 handing off the business to the third generation. He continued to play music until he was stricken ill in 2002. His passing in December 2002 marked a milestone for the company. Everyone in the Hudson community misses his warm smile and personality.

Current President Richard F. Casaceli, is Frank’s son and a resident of Hudson as were his father and grandfather. Rich presides over all aspects of the business. He has his hand in everything, including both field activities and administration. Having grown up in the family business, Rich is now considered one the area experts in septic systems and repair.

He is also a “hands-on” person and often times, you’ll find him at the controls of a backhoe, as well as at the computer in his office.

For many years, Rich and the Casaceli Family have successfully managed a staff of professional administrative personnel, as well as the best available construction equipment operators, drivers, and laborers to ensure the company’s continued success and to uphold the company’s superb reputation in this area of Massachusetts.
